Stone thrown off Bainsford fly-over hits car windscreen

A driver had their windscreen damaged when a large stone was thrown from a fly-over.

The vehicle was struck while it was travelling from St Mungo's High School towards Grangemouth on the A9 Distributer Road at about 5.20pm on Saturday, January 14.

The missile appears to have been dropped from the fly-over which forms part of Bainsford’s Main Street, down onto the road.

If you have any information on anyone acting suspiciously or throwing stones onto the A9 Distributer Road, you are urged to contact your local officers at Bainsford Police Office on 01324 634212.
